Planvo Solutions Ltda ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SpinLab 360 app (the "App"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our services.
1. Requested Device Permissions
For the main functionality of the app (recording 360 videos), we request access to the following resources on your device (iPhone/iPad):
- Camera: Used exclusively to record event videos in real time.
- Microphone: Optionally used to capture ambient audio during recording.
- Local Network: Used to create a temporary web server on your own device, allowing guests to download videos via Wi-Fi without requiring internet access.
Processed videos are saved locally in your device’s internal storage (Documents folder). We do not upload your videos to our servers.
2. Google Drive Integration
The App offers automatic upload of processed videos to your Google Drive account.
- When connecting, the App requests permission only to create and manage files created by the app itself.
- Videos are sent directly from your iPhone to Google’s servers (in your account). We do not intercept, copy, or have access to videos or files stored in your Drive.
- You may disconnect your Google account at any time directly in the App settings.
3. Subscription and Security Data Collection
To manage your plan (Trial, Starter, Pro, Ultimate) and prevent fraud or abuse of offline usage limits, we collect and process the following technical data anonymously:
- Device Identifier (UUID): A unique code generated to identify your device. It is used to ensure that the same subscription is not used simultaneously on multiple devices without authorization.
- App Store Receipts (StoreKit): We process anonymous purchase receipts provided by Apple to validate the authenticity and renewal status of your subscription.
This data is stored in our database (via Supabase) solely for license validation and app usage limit control.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or videos with third parties. The only data sent to external servers is the subscription identifier data described in item 3, strictly for license management.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Revoke camera and microphone access at any time through iOS Settings.
- Revoke Google Drive access directly from your Google account security panel or by logging out through the app.
- Request subscription cancellation directly through your Apple account (App Store).
